Player Development Workflow
Import rosters → score offense, defense, attitude, effort and body language → compare evaluations → assign measurable improvement plans → reevaluate.
MLB-style 1–8 scouting scale: 1 = Poor · 2 = Well Below Average · 3 = Below Average · 4 = Fringe Average · 5 = Average · 6 = Above Average · 7 = Plus · 8 = Elite. Ratings are relative to the player’s age and competition level.

Upload a CSV with columns First Name, Last Name, Team, Jersey Number. Also accepts Name instead of separate names.

Level Certification · 90% Passing
All required skills must be scored. A minimum of 90% is required at every level. Only evaluation administrators can approve advancement. Written position tests will be added in a separate phase.
Evaluation Category Library
Select which criteria coaches should score. Add or disable criteria at any time. Historical evaluations remain unchanged.
Staff Level Skill Editor
Each level adds complexity. Edit the requirements and coaching descriptions independently by level.
Standard Response Library
Shared defaults are maintained by authorized administrators. Coaches can customize notes in individual evaluations.
